Olivier is the creator of the Kibby AI platform and the founder of SyNeuroTech Inc. With a background in hardware engineering, electronics, and AI systems design, he brings deep technical expertise to the development of medical-grade monitoring solutions. His focus is on building ethical, reliable, and human-centered AI tools that support medical teams and families alike.

Olivier’s motivation for KibbyMedical™ is personal as well as professional: inspired by his wife’s work as a pediatric nurse, he saw firsthand the immense challenges families and clinicians face in caring for vulnerable children. His mission is to bridge that gap with technology that is compassionate, safe, and practical for real-world use.

Stephanie Torres, RN – Chief Clinical Officer & Co-Founder

Stephanie is a pediatric nurse with over 15 years of experience, currently serving in the Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Her frontline experience caring for children with complex medical needs has given her a deep understanding of the challenges families and medical teams face every day.

Her vision for KibbyMedical™ is rooted in compassion and practicality: to create tools that empower caregivers, reduce stress on clinical teams, and provide parents with peace of mind. Stephanie ensures that every aspect of KibbyMedical™ is guided by real-world clinical insight and the highest standards of patient care.
